This item is in good cosmetic condition with some minor wear including scuff marks and scratches but this does not effect the functionality of the item. The function buttons are in good condition as well as the number display. The power cable is in good condition as well. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. This item was plugged in and powered on without any issues. We turned the item to five minutes and let the item run. After the five minutes was up the buzzer went off and we used the top reset button to turn it off. We than turned the item to one minute and used a stop watch to test the accuracy.
