It has been used very mildly from a private residence and is not pulled from a gym. It is only an upper body machine and does not include its lower foot pedals. It has all the inner mechanism for the foot pedal but the attachments are only for the upper body and not the foot. The machine is in very nice shape and is powered by a 120 volt plug with an on and off switch. Hand cranks are also adjustable for long or short arm users. The seat also rolls off if it were to be used with a wheelchair. Use it in the comfort of your own time and your convenience in your home or garage.
