I do not know if it has been used or not, but it is in very good condition. It measures 6” across x 2-1/2” tall x 2” wide. The one inch core slides out for easy loading and to keep that part from getting lost. It holds up to 3/4” x 1500” (19mm x 38.1m) is sturdy and heavy.
