This is a brand new roll of Scotch Expressions "Character Bubbles" Washi Tape made by 3M Stationary and Office Supplies Division. This washi tape is 181" X 393" (10.9 yards). This tape tears cleanly and you can write on it with a pen, pencil or marker. This tape is great for decorating paper crafts, including scrapbooks, photo albums, invitations, greeting cards, etc. This Scotch Expressions Washi Tape is brand new, in the original unopened package and from our smoke free gift shop. I ship all my orders through the United States Postal Service with delivery confirmation and each order has a tracking number, making it easy for the buyer to track the package while in route and check the status of the delivery date (by going to the United States Postal Service website and inputting the tracking number into the search/track field). Free shipping is for the United States only!
