This positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) kit is complete with a NIOSH/MSHA Certified "thirty minute duration" air cylinder (900014 Series),   a  *Sling-Pak adjustable harness, a *Scottoramic face-piece, and *Scott Air-Pak II/IIa Positive Pressure Regulator (800212 Series) in a hard Polyethylene Carrying Case.     The Manufacture Date of this Unit was May, 2001. The last Cylinder Hydro Test Date was May, 2008. Inspection Records indicate that this Unit was maintained for safety purposes. Its overall condition is 'very good'.      This Unit comes with Operating and Maintenance Instructions (by Scott Health/Safety Products), as well as a Master Copy of an Inspection Record Checklist.
