We've had a great experience working with this equipment. Good even for novice user. I don't know all the technical details, but will address any of your questions to the best of my ability. That being said, this conveyor dryer was very easy to operate. We were able to successfully dry and cure items, screen printed with both Plastisol, as well as water based inks with no problem. The screen printed items included: Very lightweight to heavyweight cotton and Poly-Cotton blended T's, Fleece Hoodies, Sweatpants; both light and heavyweight Denim jeans; Large format, canvas Banners and Signage. The temperature and speed controls work great and may vary, depending on the material you're printing on. We typically will wash test clothing samples, to make sure each run was being properly cured and report great success with this dryer. This is a very high-quality Conveyor Dryer and is capable of accommodating a very high volume of units; 200-300 pieces per hour, so it enabled us to immediately grow our business, thus paying for itself very quickly after only a couple of jobs. We had initially considered one of the more compact units, however I was extremely pleased that we opted to purchase the 8 ft unit instead, as the 8 ft length of the unit, 2 ft on each end of the oven, also enabled us to load more items, more quickly, speeding up the production process. Our Workhorse Odyssey Conveyor dryer has been reliable, problem free and a joy to use, quickly and far surpassing our financial/ business goals.
