Up for auction is a 2001 Sealed Air Speedy Packing System. This system includes a unique Twin Vertical Molding Station. This station uses wooden molds so you can duplicate a foam parts continuously. The previous user was molding "End" caps for a large long extruded style bar, the product configuration changed and the foam system was no longer required. The operation was actually rather simple. the system was programmed to produce a certain width and length bag, then the 2 component fluid was dispensed into the bag, the bag is sealed, then inserted into the mold, the door closed and the bag was allowed to expand. he door is then opened and these parts were placed into a gaylord container until ready for use.  This system could be used to produce molds for Wine Bottle Shipping, Sensitive Instruments, Delicate items etc. It could easily replace a foam block system save storage space and produce packaging on site.
