Up for sale is a Super Nice SealMax tray sealing machine. High speed model with two holders for the trays. Trays seal on one while loading the other. It puts a nice film over the package that is very durable, great for soups or other liquids. Has capabilities of 2700 per hour. I used it some last year, but have decided to go another route with packaging. I love the machine due to the speed and the nice appearance with the packaging, but I just decided to go with some rollstock packaging instead. I do have a few extra rolls of film and a couple cases of trays that will go with it. The machine is fairly new and looks great. Requires air and 110 volts. I believe I still have the manual for it too. Shipping weight is 175 lbs plus the film and trays, so it will need to be freight. Will ship at buyers expense. The SC-1300 MAP adds a Modified Atmosphere Packaging option to the SC-1300 rotary sealing machine, and continues to high production a relatively small amount of space. All the features of the standard SC-1300 remain, but in addition during the sealing process an airtight chamber is formed, all the ambient air is removed from the chamber and the package and replaced with the desired gas mixutre, and the package is sealed in that environment. This allows for the package to be sealed with an residual oxygen level as low as 0.1%. Without oxygen bacteria and mold cannot grow, allowing for a dramatic increase in shelf-life in many cases. Like the SC-1300, the MAP version can accomodate most standard tray sizes overy a wide range of depths, and can seal trays with multiple compartments with ease - even sealing the dividers between compartments. The SC-1300 MAP is also equipped with the SealMAX Quick-Swap tooling system, so you can switch containers in about 3-4 minutes. The SC-1300 is perfect for medium to high production runs of just about any food product that where added shelf life is desired.
