Each SEB5100 offers up to 9 TB of expanded online storage. Up to eight SEB5100 units can be added to each NVR5100/DVR5300 to expand system storage capacity. The SEB5100 Series provides iSCSI-based, networked storage capability for Pelco-based security systems. It represents the stateof-the-art in scalability, features, and reliability. Designed for integration with all of Pelco’s Endura networked security systems, the SEB5100 Series offers a powerful option for storage expansion. Purpose-built for high performance video surveillance requirements, the SEB5100 Series uses RAID 5 drive management across as many as 12 drives to ensure that no loss of data occurs in the event of a drive failure. Further, the SEB5100 does not suffer any degradation in performance while in an error condition. New drives are automatically detected and configured for operation in the array without degrading performance. Diagnostics are systemized with other Endura® products so that problems are reported to various network infrastructure-monitoring systems. Dual-redundant, hotswappable power supplies and fans round out the reliability features of the SEB5100 Series, ensuring maximum system uptime.
