[Click image to Zoom] Description The 110 volt SECCO 3/16 inch radius shaping and polishing profile package is the ideal combination of tools used to produce a 3/16 inch radius decorative edge on tile, granite and concrete counter tops and other natural stone and hard surfaces. This kit includes a SECCO 4 inch variable speed wet polisher, 3/16 radius diamond profile wheel, and a complete set of 4 inch premium diamond polishing pads. The polishing pad set includes 1 each; 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and a 3000 grits. This set also includes the rubber backer pad needed to attach the diamond pads to the polisher. This kit includes a 3/16 inch radius vacuum brazed diamond profile wheel. This vacuum brazed profile wheel is designed to produce a rounded-over 3/16 inch look on natural or engineered stone and concrete. Very simple to use, the profile wheel screws directly onto the spindle of the polisher. A guide on the top of the bit rides on the surface of the stone and a lower bearing controls the depth of cut for consistent shaping. The profile wheel is only capable of removing material in the controlled 3/16 inch area, this makes user error or damaging the material virtually impossible. To use the system simply screw the bit on to the grinder. Make sure your water lines and connections are properly attached and turn on the water at a slow flow. You just need enough water coming through the system to keep the dust down or the pads moist. Sit the profile wheel atop the edge of the material being worked on and apply some force parallel (lengthwise) to the edge of the work surface. Move the bit forward and back until the bit has ground the shape completely. It's that simple! Our profile wheels feature an internal water feed for optimum cooling of the bit. This allows for maximum linear grinding distance. After you shape the edge take your profile wheel off. Attach the included hook and loop backing pad to the grinder and start the polishing process with the 50 grit pad. The idea is to completely remove the coarse scratch pattern left behind by the profile wheel and give it a less coarse 50 grit scratch pattern. Then on to the 100 grit. Continue polishing with each grit included with this kit ending with the 3,000 grit polishing pad and a nice factory shine can be achieved. These very same packages take 10-18 days for delivery to an address outside the USA. Larger packages, like grinders, by default, ship via UPS Ground in the Continental USA. This takes about 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping to HI, AK, and Puerto Rico, by default, will ship via USPS Priority Mail. This will take 4-7 business days for delivery. We offer tracking numbers for all our transactions. USPS or UPS. However, the USPS tracking system is notorious for not updating their tracking data. Sometimes not ever. But you, our customer, will always receive your ordered item or your money back. We guarantee it. We just ask for a sufficiently reasonable time frame, as outlined above, before any sort of action is asked of us pertaining to a processed and shipped order. Orders shipped to a country outside the USA will have to deal with some sort of Customs office once it reaches an entry point. They have the power to hold, delay, or flat out refuse a package. Although, that is not common. Please note that Customs can delay a customer's delivery. USPS does not charge a duty fee however they do not offer a tracking number for shipments. International Shipping When shipping a product to a customer outside of the united states, crossing a border into another country, the package is subject to an extra element: customs and duties. Customs is the government border agency that reviews all inbound and outbound shipments. Specialty Diamond handles the paperwork for you, though please be advised that the government border agency is a standalone agency that has the ability to hold or delay a shipment, refuse a shipment and return it, or assign a duties fee.
