NO case cracks, unreadable laptop keys, damaged ports, hard drive label nicks or damage, connector damage, missing bezels, loose hinges, dented or damaged chassis. Grade C - Minor Cosmetic Issues - Item is in good condition. Item has minor signs of use or wear, such as noticeable surface scratches or imperfections, faded laptop keys, loose hinges, minor dents on chassis or unit. NO case cracks, damaged ports, hard drive label nicks or damage, connector damage or missing bezels. Grade D - Major Cosmetic Issues - Item is in usable, but in less than desirable condition. Item has major signs of use or wear, such as deep surface scratches, gauges or imperfections, unreadable or missing laptop keys, case cracks, damaged ports, hard drive label nicks or damage, connector damage, missing bezels, loose hinges, dented or damaged chassis. AS-IS - Some of the items we sell are listed in "AS IS" condition. NO guarantees are made on the status of these items further than what is described in the listing. Items sold "AS IS" are not eligible for a return unless they arrive in a condition other than described.
