Box 1276                                                                          Phone:  (970) 468-2125 Courier:  230 Warren Avenue                                                                    Cell:  (970) 485-9218 Silverthorne, CO 80498                                                     http://www.securitydisastershelters.com/                                              One self-contained, steel tank storage shelter with the following components and features: •             Main tank sections (1) 36’x8’9’’ (1) 20’x9’ 3/8” Steel •             Stairway connector tee to basement and shelters tee connector also includes a power distribution vault with a 2.5 Onan L.P. generator, service hatch and battery bank vault (Batteries provided by Owner) •             LED DC lighting and receptacles •             Internal 12V pressurized water system •             Closed sanitation system •             Internal grey water recycling system for Head •             Communication station with thru ports for cabling •             Communications package CB and Shortwave •             75 CFM Lunor or equivalent air filtration system, HEPA and NBC •             (1) Emergency egress man-way with a Bilco surface hatch and security locks •             Sleeping bunk for six •             Schedule 80 air intakes and exhaust shaft •             (1) Gen set exhaust and I cabin heater exhaust shaft •             (2) Interior stainless steel reinforced marine hatches with viewing ports •             Stainless steel kitchen counter top •             Kitchen sink with pressurized water and manual pump faucets •             Magic Chef range (LPG) •             12volt solar freezer and fridge units •             Dinette booth with table •             Security vaults to store valuables with tamper proof locks and lighting •             Bathroom with shower, Wilcox marine head, clothes washer/ringer •             Stainless steel Newport cabin heater •             Shelve storage for gear and food •             Ventilated Dry Storage below floor and lower bunks •             Tanks not included however plumbing connections are stubbed               Sold as is, any modifications preferred by the new owner. Can be estimated and implemented by SDS at the new owner’s expense.
