FOR SALE: Factory new padlock type, medium-security, tamper evident, with serial number, plastic easy-open seals. Weather resistant. Sold in a lot of 100 pieces/seals. These seals are "non-branded" (i.e. they don't have some company's name printed on them). These seals are protected under a United States Patent. DESCRIPTION OF THE PADLOCK SEAL: Each security seal is a "one use" seal which snaps (locks) into place and is non-removable without leaving a clear indication of tampering. Each seal is "scored" (has a small hole molded into the shackle) allowing the seal to be easily removed by simply twisting it off. This particular seal is ideal for "instant access" items such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, narcotics boxes, crash carts, fire alarm pull boxes, emergency shut-off switches - - - due to its quick release / easy-open feature. Each seal measures as follows: When closed the seal is approximately 1 5/16" tall; width at the bottom is 31/32" (just shy of one-inch); the thickest part is approximately 5/32" where the shackle engages. The shackle measures approximately 3/64" thick by 5/64" wide (the end of the shackle that "locks in" is approximately 1/8" wide). UNUSUAL FEATURES / NOTES: Each seal is different - as it has its own unique six-digit serial number heat embossed into its side. The reverse of the seal contains the word: "SEALED."
