It is made of a 20-gauge, grade 304 stainless steel substrate for resistance to heat and impact in hazardous industrial applications, and is nickel- and chrome-plated for a corrosion and weather resistant surface that reflects a clear, bright image. (Gauge is a measure of thickness; the lower the gauge, the thicker the material.) The mirror comes with a swivel mounting bracket that makes the mirror adjustable to a wide range of angles.
