You can buy a pipe underground and wait for the world to end or you can buy this ultimate RV/Shelter and enjoy it from day one. It is your money.  I CAN HOLD FOR AWHILE WHILE YOU GET YOUR FUNDS READY OR ACCEPT PAYMENTS OVER FEW MONTHS. TRADE FOR GOLD/SILVER ACCEPTED. ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED. A lot of people ask me about the price, etc. referring that they can buy a nice 5th wheel for the same price. This is not a mass-produced 5th wheel. This is a mobile shelter with all the conveniences of an RV. It takes a lot of time and engineering to manufacture a complete shelter as this that will withstand the elements and just about anything you throw at it, w/ solar package, nuclear filtration, etc. I have posted some pictures of regular RV's in accidents and have never seen a banged up shipping container; they are build to withstand just about anything. Our list price for this turn key unit is $89,000. Selling it with no reserve. Offers considered. Call with question 480/457/8888 ask for Evo. PLEASE do not call before you read the description and watch the presentation videos. Thank you and Good Luck. The videos below are not hollywood style but will give all the info you need about the unit.  You have an opportunity to buy a brand new, custom built, 2013 mobile shelter/RV.  This rig is designed from the ground up and completed as a self-sustained, off-the-grid RV that doubles as an emergency disaster shelter.  With the 3-axle trailer, you can go places (where most RVs will fail), be away from power and water sources, In addition, you can opt to go to any RV or camping ground and enjoy camping by using your onboard solar energy package or generator in bad weather, or tap into on-site power and water supply. Yes, you have the option to use your own water and power source that runs independently, or turn a few levers and connect to available water and power (please watch the video demonstration). This unit is equipped with a state-of-the-art air filtration system that will filter any and all nuclear fallout, biological contamination, war gases, etc.  The filter works on 12V DC or 110V AC via an onboard generator turned on by the press of a remote or by plugging into the grid. The rest of the appliances, your LED TV/DVD and refrigerator, work on dual voltage (AC or DC) as well.  This purchase comes with a 12V DC vacuum cleaner that works as a portable inflator for mattresses, water toys, or anything else that requires inflation.   The air conditioning unit, combined with heat, works off the grid or powered from your own generator. The RV/Shelter is equipped with a two-burner propane cooktop and propane hot water heater. The tankless water heater is the latest hot water on-demand RV invention, by Girard. Everything used in the construction of the unit is new and comes with the warranty from the manufacturer. The 3/4 bath is equipped with a home type commode, sink, and shower verses the cheap RV types. The RV/Shelter is wired with 12V DC outlets and 110V AC outlets; the propane pipes are the one of the latest types available to the market, Flex Corrugated Stainless Steel Gas Lines and will serve for many years to come together with BPA free plastic water lines and all copper wiring. The 15amp solar array connects to the battery bank via a German battery charger that will condition your battery every 30 days if the unit is not being used.  The solar power installed is ample to run your RV/Shelter in sunny states but I have run a separate wire from the generator to the battery if you have to charge it in the Snowbelt. The battery could be charged via the nuclear filter system, by flip of a switch, while connected to the grid. The whole floor is sprayed with a bed liner type material and it is very durable; I can attest to that fact by the numerous dropdowns of tools while building it. I have imported the beds/cots from Europe and they double as couches. They come with 4 blankets. Everything you see on the pictures conveys in this sale, including the bathroom towels, rugs,  etc.  As you can see, the kitchen is huge and gives a lot of cabinet and counter space. I have used two water pumps on demand; one for the fresh water and one for the gray water. The gray water from the shower and sink recycles into a separate tank and it is used for the toilet. NOT ALL OF IT, most of it, goes into the gray holding tank, unless you are using the restroom all the time. Once the recycle tank is full, you have water for 7 full flushes. This option, and many others used to engineer this unit, won’t be found in even in one million dollar RV’s. Expensive coaches and 5th wheels will do nothing for you in disaster situations; more likely, they will become the disaster themselves with the pile of debris they will become. The shipping container can withstand more than 120 miles per hour winds and if properly anchored … who knows. We have been using shipping containers for more than 50 years and, let me assure you, they cost more today than 10 or 20 years ago, and they are not about to go out of style in our lifetime. The point that I’m drawing here is that you are not buying a depreciating asset as you do with most other camping/recreation units and they don’t come even close to the benefits this RV/Shelter offers during earthquakes, storms, pandemics, or all out nuclear war. We hope and pray never to live through a scenario as this, but disasters happen and the memories of Fukushima have not faded away. PLEASE, by all means if you don’t see the value and the benefits I have included in this turn-key RV/Shelter don’t buy it. Some people believe that lights will never go out and this is perfectly fine with me; even more, I’m jealous. Having years of experience, I didn’t want to put your family in danger by running a generator in a storm like environment, so I have installed grounding rod device that I’ve engineered using a 6’ copper rod, copper piping, and a $600 helicopter discharge device. Please keep your unit grounded at all time when parked or in use, this way you protect your appliances, your life, and your loved ones. If you run the unit from the grid, like in an RV park, you don’t have to ground the unit but I would. Some of you believe the TV and think that shipping containers are EMP proof, but they are not. Not fully EMP proofed but more than your house or your stock RV. I have designed this grounding device that increases your chances of keeping your equipment running during bad storms or even solar (sun) flares. Your chances are very high, and you might be the only kid on the block with lights on, but nothing is guaranteed. I have fully EMP-proof shelter that I have worked on for a few years, but the cost is not marketable. This is my EMP friendly advice in a nutshell. Now, going back to the unit I’m selling, the trailer has seen very little use and comes with 6 brand new tires. I have custom-built two 55-60 gallon septic tanks, one for black and one for gray water, equipped with level reader and vent valves.  The fresh water tank is installed inside to prevent freeze in low temperatures or boiling during the scorching summer days. The 14” I-beam frame of the trailer provides many opportunities for customization and addition storage if desired. Most emergency rigs fail when they are loaded up with supplies. Not this one - we have used this 3-axle, 21K GVW trailer for a reason. There is nothing worse than breaking down when you are trying to get out of dodge. The trailer is equipped with two 7500 lb. leveling jacks that, with the assistance of the landing gear, keep the entire rig in the air to prevent wear and tear on the tires while not in use or parked on your property as a guest house. I can write a book trying to describe how everything works but it is best to watch the video and browse through the pictures and ask questions as they arise. Stay safe and sleep well – my family does.   SEE OVER 100 PICTURES BELOW   -         2008 trailer (new old stock) hasn’t been titled yet.
