You are buying a new without box Sencore portable signal analyzer this is meant for Cable/Digital TV professional installers. Item is new has not seen any field work. Item will come with ac/dc charger, ac power cord and printed instruction for the device. Instruction are not in a spiral owners manual which originally came with the device. Instruction are PDF print off directly for the Sencore website. The only missing item is the "Rubber Duck Antenna". Actual device pictured, This device has been fully charged and discharged standby battery life is about 6 hours. Display has original screen protector.
