It shows minimal usage marks and it is cosmetically in-tact. There are no real cosmetic flaws with this unit; it was well-maintained. The outer casing is in quite good shape. Operational Condition: This item has been powered up, as shown in the photos. It has not been tested beyond powering. The front control buttons are responding to touch and beeping, but I do not have the necessary hardware to test this. The sale is for the control module &amp;amp;amp; foot pedal. As with all medical hardware, I suggest that you have this unit inspected by a technician before initial use. We are selling this as Hardware; it is up to you to recertify it before it is put into an operational setting.
