It is made of steel and it is black in color. The inside height is 13-4/5 inches, the inside width is 12-3/5 inches, and the inside depth is 11-15/16 inches. We have inspected this item and the safe opens/closes with combination. There are some dents around the sides/top of the safe including the back right side. There are also some cosmetic scuffs and scratches throughout the unit. Please refer to the photos for more information. This unit only includes what is photographed in the listing. Made in USA.
