These connectors are designed to meet AGA (American Gas Association) test standards. Continuous tube of flexible, electro-galvanized, rust-resistant steel, with a heavy rubber packing, provides gas-tight performance under normal operation conditions. The entire tube is covered with a rubber sheath, then braid it with high-strength green and black fabric. This has passed a 50lb test. A test in which, after attaching either rubber or metal ends, these connectors have supported a 50 lb. weight. Thus, assuring a tight, leak proof fit of the end fittings to an inlet or outlet, and bond of the end fittings to the tubing. Product Features *The rubber connector ends attach to standard 3/8" nipple with ease. * * * * *These are laboratory items designed to be used in the laboratory only. Our products are not designed for Children under the age of 12.
