This heavy duty linear actuator can replace pneumatics and hydraulics, with a high torque brushed DC gearmotor coupled to an ACME screw for linear drive. The ACME screw allows for efficient linear thrust in both directions. The actuator can handle static loads and has fixed limit switches to prevent over-run.
