This auction offers a new set of two Applied Materials Primary Reflectors M14-0-2, with the AMAT Part Number 0200-06143 and #0200-05358, in its original package with a test report. We do not ship on buyer's account and only accept physical addresses. All US buyers should follow the eBay checkout process to receive the proper invoice, while international buyers should contact us for an update on shipping costs before checking out. Please note that we may require other electronic means of payment for large payments or payments from some foreign countries. We charge a flat shipping and handling rate for US, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico destinations, while other international buyers should ask for a shipping quote before bidding. If you receive a defective item, simply contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within five days of delivery and we will resolve the issue quickly. Unopened items have a 30-day DOA warranty. Calibration issues, software codes, passwords, licenses, BIOS upgrades, batteries, and any perishable items are not covered. If you change your mind for any reason or bid incorrectly, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
