Non-Paying Bidders If full payment is not RECEIVED within four (4) calendar days of auction close for general merchandise and seven (7) calendar days for vehicles, CISL Company reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be assessed upon cancellation and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed with eBay.
