This set of wye's allows you to run two attachments, usually cutting torches or heating tips for gas welding or rose buds, for heating, etc., but using only1 set of regulators. So one is for the oxygen (GREEN) hose and the other is for the gas: acetylene, propane, natural gas etc. (RED) hose for whatever fuel you are using. They both have swivel nuts on the input side and they both have 2 valves for the outgoing side, so you can turn 1 off and keep working with the other. The oxygen is standard right hand thread and the gas side is left hand threads!!
