This is a Setco (same a Cincinnati Electric) brand industrial long arm pedestal buffer, type 204, 1800rpms.  Very powerful 4hp dual voltage (currently wired 230v 3 phase).  Arbor is 1.25".  I had this machine completely rebuilt in sept of 2014.  And I mean the entire motor was rebuilt from the ground up, rewound all new bearings and everything.  It is basically in brand new working condition.  I have the receipt for all of this and it alone was over $1100.00 (see pictured receipt).  You can check out all the specs at Cincinnati Electrical Tools website.  This buffer sells today for $7500.00 and you have to wait 6+ weeks to get one.  I'm also including the pictured 12" x 4" rubber contact wheels. They are used, please see pictures for condition.  These are $400 each to buy new. All reasonable offers will be considered.
