Setopress Compression Bandage Dressing 4" x 138", # 3505 Information as Provided by the Manufacturer, Molnlycke: The Setopress Compression Bandage is made of a lightweight fabric that provides medium to high compression used to treat venous leg ulcer and associated conditions requiring graduated compression of the leg. The Setopress Wrap is colored coded on each side of the dressing. One side has brown rectangles which become squares when the correct extension is reached to provide over 40mmHg at the ankle. On the other side there are green rectangles that become squares when the correct extension is reached to provide 30mmHg compression at the ankle. Each bandage comes with 2 safety pins and leaflet that gives clear application instructions. Setopress is washable and reusable with no loss of effect. The bandage is 4" x 138". EXPEDITED SHIPPING - UPS 2ND DAY AIR, UPS NEXT DAY AIR SAVER, USPS EXPRESS MAIL Time Deadline: Orders requesting expedited shipping must be received before 2:00 pm CST in order to be processed the same day (Monday-Friday). No UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air Saver shipments are shipped or delivered on weekend days or holidays. Ship-To Rules We only ship to a verified PayPal shipping address. You must provide a current telephone number for all International Shipments. Cost and Shipping Methods: You have the choice of selecting which service you would like us to use. We ship via US Postal Service First Class International, US Postal Service Express Mail, and UPS International. When you place the item in your cart and select your country, the options and shipping costs available to that country will appear: 1) USPS Express Mail is the only postal service that has tracking and guaranteed insured delivery. It takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. This is an average time frame. Some packages could take longer or shorter time to arrive depending upon how long it takes the customs departments of the counties to release the package. 2) USPS First Class International is much less expensive, HOWEVER, if you select this option, there is no tracking number and we cannot guarantee how long it will take for delivery. This is an average time frame as it can take up to 25 business days in some cases for the package to arrive. We cannot track the package if you email or call us as we have no working tracking number. We cannot file a claim for reimbursement until 30 days from the date of shipment. That time length is set by the US Postal Service insurance claim guidelines. 3) United Parcel Service (UPS) does offer tracking from our warehouse to your door. For all customers selecting UPS, their shipments will be subject to a minimum of $10 brokerage fee, as well as applicable duties and taxes, on all shipments valued under $200 USD. Additional fees will apply on all shipments valued over $200 USD. You are responsible for any brokerage, duty fees and taxes duty fees. They will be collected from you by UPS prior to delivery. If you refuse the package because of fees and the package is returned to us, we will deduct the original cost of shipping plus any brokerage fee prior to any refund being issued.
