ITEM NOT ARRIVED Firstly, if your item hasn’t arrived please check with your local enquiry/collection office that your postman hasn’t tried to deliver while you were out, it could be awaiting collection or you can re-arrange delivery for a day you are in. We often receive parcels returned as 'not collected' a few weeks after queries about non-receipt so please do check. If your postman has tried to deliver your item it will be held for 18 days at your local collection office before being returned to us. Should your local office be unable to trace your parcel then contact us and we will do the rest. A replacement item will then be sent to you.
