This is an 18mm raw mdf reception desk, comes ready built ready to be painted or stained all our desk can now be painted a 2 pack paint for a professional finish please ask for a quote Information about the Desk 1200mm high 550mm deep 1200mm wide This one comes with 3 pigeon holes at the top which fit a4 size paper in them. shelving space in the middle at the bottom at both sides aslo the middle of the desk, along with queen anne legs to finish it off, I can put different legs on if required. The frame work at the front can be done to your liking too. Please be aware all the raw mdf counters come unfinished, unpainted all counters come assembled and are ready to be prepared then painted, varnished or sprayed. Delivery All deliveries are made by an independent courier company which we pay to send all items, any delivery refused for reasons other than ones stated in our damage policy may incur re delivery charges All our deliveries are insured for damages, please see the damage policy for further details. Pallet delivery is a kerb side delivery only the driver will not help with moving this further than the kerb due to insurance purposes, this will require 2 people to receive delivery on the date the item is delivered. If the item needs to be re delivered to you for any reason an extra delivery charge may be required Please provide a phone number for your delivery driver or we cannot dispatch. Damages Policy Our items are individually packed with the up most care. Occasionally damage occurs with the couriers, provided the following damages procedure is followed we will replace the damaged parts replace fully or offer a full or part refund. At time of delivery do not sign the delivery sheet until you have inspected the contents of your delivery for damage. If any items are damaged in transit they must be inspected and signed for as “damaged” or refuse delivery completely. All details including photographs of all damages must be emailed to us within 48 hours of delivery to shopcounters@hotmail.co.uk At no point should you try to repair yourself before notify me as any claims for repairs will be invalid Once we have received the photos and details we can advise you if the claim is accepted and if so arrange replacement, parts or a full or part refund. Returns Policy All non auction purchases fall under the distance regulations as set out by the office of fair trading. Shop Counters UK will accept the return or exchange of any product within 7 days of receipt provided that it is in the same condition and packaging as it was received.
