Our NWT-NWOT (New With Tags and New Without Tag) items are generally in new condition, however every now and then an item with a manufacturer’s defect or an item damaged in transport sneaks into the system. We inspect all of our items multiple times; pre-purchase, when obtaining measurements, while taking photos, during the listing process and before shipping. If a flaw is found before shipping the item, we will let you know and go from there. Why do you need a cleanliness disclaimer when you are selling new and used clothes? Although the item is new or used, does not mean that it has not been manhandled. This is coming from a second hand store and who knows where it was before we acquired the item. We have had items that we acquired come in smelling like smoke, covered in animal hair, ran over by forklifts and even covered in what I assumed was a massive soda spill. This does not mean that we catch each and every item; yes sometimes we miss things. We try to launder all clothing prior to listing. NWT-NWOT items are not laundered to preserve the tags. Clothing goes through a vast network of companies and people, before we ever get our hands on the merchandise. Since, we can’t control the number of people who have been in contact with the item or their habits. It is impossible for us to say if they smoked, drank, did drugs, let the dog, cat, rat or elephant sleep on the item, or ate a roast beef sandwich, before handling the items. We do attempt to check all items for weird smells. All of our items are stored in NON-SMOKING facilities. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS COMING FROM A SECOND HAND STORE. We try to provide measurements, however we didn't receive our seamstress training from the best fashion school (well who are we kidding, we didn't even go to a fashion school), so we provide measurements as a estimate, we may of had the tape slip an inch or two or didn't quite hold it correctly or straight. Manufactures (you know who you are), provide a "size" label (term used very loosely) and what one calls a size 6 might be a size 60 by another manufacture. If you find an item that does not have the measurement listed you need in order to make an informed decision, please ask us, before purchasing as we would rather have you happy the first time, rather than trying to wear a size 60 when you’re really a 6. We have also noticed that not all computer monitors, tablets, smart phones and cameras display the proper color, this could be caused from any number of factors; the way the photo was taken, the brightness, color setting on your computer. We generally take our photos in a non-studio environment, but always try and use the flash. At times the sun may be shining or it could be pouring cats and dogs. There could be a spot on the camera lens and of course that can and will affect the photo quality. The items are much better in person than the photo represents. In order to make this transaction as smooth as possible, if you are in doubt about an item, please ask questions. I will reply to the best of my knowledge. I weigh each item with a digital scale and charge the exact (or less than needed, I make up the difference) postage needed to send. I will always provide the lowest postage possible. After you win, please wait for an invoice as I will double check the postage amounts, they will never go up but may be lowered to save you money. I also will mail the item the same day or next postal business day after payment is received. Please pay within 48 hours of winning. I will ship immediately after payment is received.
