SERIAL # FN 1060A9906 LAST DATE PERFORMED 6-9-15 110-120v    50/60 HZ     150VA  OPERATOR GUIDE INCLUDED AND ANY OTHER ITEMS YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE. ITEM IS IN GREAT CONDITIONS.
