This is a used Sharp XE-A407 Electronic Cash Register with built in thermal receipt printer and cash drawer. This is a used register, it may need reprogramming based on your usage. I am not an expert in programming these devices, so please work with an expert for any questions related to programming, usage, etc of this unit.  In the product page link below is a downloadable manual that has all the details on how to operate the register. The cash register turns on properly, the main display and customer display are working properly. Pressing buttons allows me to input data and the register responds. The printers work properly. When the "CA/AT/NS" button is pressed, the cash drawer opens up and a receipt is printed.  That was the extent of my testing, it appears to work properly although as mentioned it will most likely need to be programmed for your usage. The cash register requires 2 AA batteries for memory (battery tray is under the printer cover). Used batteries are included. Cash register is sold as pictured, some pieces may be missing (coin tray for cash drawer?). If you don't see it pictured, it's not included.  I do not have a key for the cash drawer, it opens when the unit is on and the button is pressed as described above.
