Retrofit your planer with Sheartak spiral cutterhead for the benefits: * No tear-out * Reduced noise * 40 to 50 times life se of HSS blades * Easy change-over of carbide inserts in minutes.  * Dynamically balanced. Kit includes: * High tensile strength alloy steel cutterblock * 40 carbide inserts and screws package to be installed * 4 deeper, wider and glassier helical grooves for easier dust extraction.  * Carbide inserts at 15x15x2.5mm R150 standard size for cheaper replacements in the future.  * Japan NSK sealed bearings pre-installed * 5 additional carbide inserts as spare parts * 5 additional screws as spare parts * 1 Standard Torx Head T25 for maximum clamping.  * 1 year warranty  Note: The cutting circle of this OEM version is close to that of the original cutterhead with HSS blade.  The carbide inserts are removed after the dynamic balance is completed. After the cutter block is placed into the planer, install the 40 carbide inserts to the cutter block. You can cut up to 1/8" per pass maximum.
