Not really sure what this goes with, it appears to be a small hand operated shear, if you know please let me know, Thanks The brass body part measures 18mm x 53mm x 63mm The Length of the handle is 5-1/4" The shear will cut is 26mm in Length per stroke. The actual shear blade length is 32mm It appears to be a cam style mechanism that operated the shear stroke / travel Condition .............. Nice used, still pretty much like new yet.
