Sheffer Corp. 2MHC38.0 Pneumatic Hydraulic Cylinder 1 Shaft 38 Stroke Up for auction is a Sheffer Corp. 2MHC38.0 Pneumatic Hydraulic Cylinder 1 Shaft 38 Stroke. This item is in fair condition with some minor wear including scuff marks, scratches and rust. Please refer to the photos below for more details on the item. We were able to pull out the shaft and reinsert it but we did notice that there was no resistance on the shaft. We did notice that one of the hydraulic caps was missing and the reason there was no resistance. We believe this item will likely functional but it will need hydraulic fluid to function properly.  We have not tested it under pressure.  Also since we are unable to test this item we do not know if this item has any leaks. This item will be sold as is.   We have multiples of this item.  The item shown in the photos may not be the exact one that you receive.  However, we guarantee that it will be in the same condition as what is stated in the description.
