One of the most comprehensive Sheldon manuals we've seen, the first few pages cover general installation instructions. The next five or six pages cover normal maintenance including lubrication and normal adjustments. The next half dozen pages cover operational topics including the location and function of all the controls, metric threading (if applicable) and  a sample table of feeds and speeds in different materials. The second half of the manual breaks the machine down by major component groups with line drawings and associated indexes of part descriptions. No specific print dates or serial number range but this appears to be from the mid-fifties. This copy cleaned up really well and is probably a better quality than any existing original today.
