Sherline Model 5000 CNC milling machine Up for grabs is a sherline cnc milling machine. I purchased this unit with intentions on creating proto types for my company. I ended up going a different route. The unit was built and tested but never did any cutting or machining with it. Stored in the basement for 2 years unused. No scratches or tool markings at all. Pretty much in new condition. Comes with 3 Nema 23 dual shaft stepper motors with a 270 oz holding torque. The stepper motors are controller by a 4 Axis TB6560 Stepper Motor Driver Board Controller With Box. Also includes power supply with emergency shut off switch. I will also throw in an HP Desktop PC running windows xp which has MACH3 Demo installed. Monitor and mouse is not included. Stepper motor controller specs: Adopt Original Toshiba TB6560AHQ chip - High power, maximum 3.5A drive current chipset! Click here For TB6560AHQ Datasheet. Adjustable "0.5A-3.5A(Peak Current)" Drive Current Settings: the ouput current of actual operation on each axis can be set to "20%, 50%, 75%, 100%" of the Maximum Current. Adjustable Subdivision(Micro Step) Settings: 1, 1/2, 1/8, 1/16. Adjustable Decay Mode Settings(4 modes): I. 0% -- No Decay Mode; II. 25% -- Slow Decay Mode; III. 50% -- Mid Decay Mode; IV. 100% -- Fast Decay Mode. Automatic Semi-flow Control Function: adjustable semi-flow mode and adjustable semi-flow current , with multiple semi-flow model and semi-flow current settings. With New-type Bipolar constant current chopping technology: High working precision, Low vibration, Low noise. Professional design with super anti-jamming function for steadier running. Overload, Overheat Protection Function: Protect the Computer, Driver board and other equipments from being damaged. Cooling Aluminium box Design: Cooling function and Protect the driver board from being damaged by dirt, dust or other liquids.
