Shirt Chimp is a calculator for pricing Rhinestone & HTV decorated apparel. While not a full blown quoting and invoicing software it is heads above any of those spreadsheet calculators being sold out there and for about the same cost. If you just starting out or just need something to quickly estimate the selling price of a rhinestone or heat transfer vinyl decorated shirt, then Shirt Chimp is for you. With Shirt Chimp Calculator you can setup the shirts you want to sell and they will be stored within the program for selection when figuring a price. You can also key in any HTV Vinyl or Foil product, give the width, length and price you paid for the roll and Shirt Chimp will calculate the cost per square inch of the product. Then apply a markup percentage to it and Shirt Chimp will calculate the start off price per square inch to the customer. All of this is stored in Shirt Chimp so you can select any vinyl for pricing just using a drop down on the calculator screen. Rhinestones can also be entered and stored for pricing. With the rhinestones you enter a gross amount purchased and the price you paid. Shirt Chimp will then calculate what each stone cost you. In the Pricing Scheme's you can set all the pricing values you wish to use when pricing Rhinestones, Vinyl markups, Discount break points and percentages plus a "Multi Dec" modifier to appropriately adjust the pricing if it includes both vinyl and rhinestones. You can create and save as many of these Pricing Schemes as you want and then they will be instantly available for selection on the calculator screen. This makes it easy to price for different types of customers without having to manually change the price setting each time. Shirt Chimp also allows you to create and store upgrades to standard decoration that can then be quickly selected from on the calculator screen. Shirt Chimp also allows you to store up to 4 artwork images with each pricing calculation. Unlike spreadsheets, Shirt Chimp stores all the data from any decoration pricing calculation you create so you can always locate it again within the program. No need to save the file each time with a new name to save prices you calculated for a specific job or person.
