Prior use of this device is unknown. Buyer is responsible for any necessary cleaning required for their application. WARRANTY: 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee – the Purchaser may return the equipment within 14 days of purchase (in the same condition as when received) for a refund the purchase price. Shipping and handling (or delivery) charges are not refundable. SELLER'S total liability for an order is limited to the total purchase price of the items. In the event of non-payment of any outstanding invoice, the Purchaser agrees to pay late fees of 1% per month for any outstanding balance that is overdue, including all collection, legal, and court costs incurred to recover any outstanding debt owed by the Purchaser to SELLER . This agreement is to be interpreted according to the laws of the state of Ohio.
