  Description The Sensirion SHT15  is a surface mountable relative humidity and temperature sensor. The sensor integrate sensor elements plus signal processing on a tiny foot print and provide a fully calibrated digital output. A unique capacitive sensor element is used for measuring relative humidity while temperature is measured by a band-gap sensor. The applied CMOSens® technology guarantees excellent reliability and long term stability. Both sensors are seamlessly coupled to a 14bit analog to digital converter and a serial interface circuit. This results in superior signal quality, a fast response time and insensitivity to external disturbances (EMC).   Specifications Integrated state-of-the-art sensor for temperature & relative humidity Digitale two-wire interface Measurement Range: -40°C +120°C  /  0-100% RH Temperature resolution 0.01°C Temperature accuracy: +/- 0.3°C @ 25°C Humidity resolution: 0.05% Humidity accuracy: +/- 2% RH (10…90% RH) Repeatability for relative humidity: +/- 0.1% RH Supply voltage range: 2.4 - 5.5 V Low power consumption (typ. 90 µW) For schematics and examples visit the following link: http://www.sparkfun.com/products/8257 For any further information please do not hesitate to contact me!! ------------------------------------------------------
