SI8B Ci-8B Pancake Geiger Tube Not Working This is one of the most desired geiger tubes ever made. It is built to be sensitive to Alpha, Beta, and Gamma radiation. It was made in the Soviet Union in anticipation of use after a Nuclear Ware (WWIII), which fortunately didn't happen. This tube does not work. It is being sold as a classic Soviet Geiger Tube, a relic of the Cold War of the 1960s. It is in great shape and is perfect to show students in a classroom setting.
