The machine is designed with high-strength custom-engineered steel and aluminum extrusion construction to ensure rigidity. Some safety guards have been removed for picture purposes, but the machine is chain-driven and features water-cooled rails and automatic lubrication. An advanced easy-to-use touch screen operator interface allows for PLC control of all machine functions, and the PLC can store up to 100 different recipes. The SIBE Automation Rollfed Form-Trim-Stack Thermoforming Machine is an excellent choice for production runs, inserts, trays, and blisters. The bottom platen stroke is 12 inches, and the top platen is fully adjustable with speed controls and a length of travel. Financing is available on all sales shipped within the state of Florida. This is another factory floor-proven SIBE Automation Machine - efficient and fast. The machine can be wired for 240 volts 3 phase or 480 volts 3 phase. The infrared energy-efficient Ceran glass heaters panels on top and bottom offer a heat density of 15 watts per square inch. A 20-ton heavy-duty hydraulic press and a vacuum system consisting of a 2 HP Becker pump, 25-gallon accumulating tank, and high-flow-pilot operated 1" diameter top and bottom vacuum valves are included. A stacker, operating manual, electrical schematics, and parts list come with the machine. Three modes of operation are available: manual, set-up, and automatic.
