The frame of the machine is built of heavy-duty aluminum extrusion The maximum forming area is 22"x22" The fully adjustable manual clamping frame will accommodate a maximum sheet size of 24"x24". Heating of the material is provided by energy efficient ceran glass heaters panels with a heat density of 15 watts per square inch, with 4 independently controlled heating zones, control of each zone will be done by the PLC. Switching on off of the zones is performed by solid state contactors. Each function of the machine is controlled via a powerful PLC with a C-MORE touch screen operator interface. Our set of functions is the most advanced in the industry. as an option we offer an extended program that allows you to store up to 30 different recipes The platen as well as the clamping frame are mounted on linear bearings that ride on hardened shafts. The bottom platen has a stroke of 12" with fully adjustable speed controls and length of travel Cooling of the material is provided by 1, 3250 cfm cooling fan. The vacuum system consists of a1 HP BECKER vacuum pump with a 24 gallon accumulating tank. We provide all of our machines with 1" diameter high flow , pilot operated vacuum valves We include an operating manual, as well as full documentation of parts used and electrical schematics. All our machines are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. The machine requires a 30 amp. 240 volts 3 phase power supply. We can also wire the machine for 220 single phase operation The footprint is 72" x 53" Machine has very few hours of use. It has been used successfully for some custom packing material and some prototype parts. Our machine is wired for single phase 220v AC. Approximate floor space needed is 69" x 54" Control box sticks out an additional 9" from the 69" in front. Bare-bones manual machine with push-button controls for up/down and basic machine operation. 1 HP vacuum pump. Heating power density of 15W/in^2. 12" lift piston capacity. Holds a 24" x 24" sheet of material to form. Actual usable area is 22" x 22". Cooling fan included. We never received a user's manual, maybe you can acquire one from SIBE Automation. They have always been pleasant and easy to deal with. Vacuum box is changed for each part. Machine is shipped with the last successful mold we made. There is no warranty, machine is listed AS-IS but working condition. We have a loading dock available for your choice of shipping. Unit ships fully assembled, all you do is wire it up and use it.
