FOR SALE: This new unit is still parallelized and in the original shipping containers. INCLUDES DUCT WORK AND ALL ELECTRICAL Siemens air ventilation system 9,000CFM - NEW (This unit is several years old but was never installed). PICTURES OF SIMILAR UNITS: This unit is in two sections. The first two pictures show what the unit sections look like combined. The third picture is of the support structure (4 pictured) that the unit mounts on. ACTUAL UNIT PICTURES: The next six pictures show the motor section and air intake that connects to the filter section. The next two pictures are of the 3 stage filter section. The final picture is of the control panel. The first two stages have the filters installed. The third (HEPA) stage does not have the filters installed but they are included and boxed separately to keep them free from contamination The first stage filters are American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers type. The initial stage removes light dust and debris resulting in a 30 percent clean airflow. The filters are 25" x 24" x 4". The second stage filters are ASHRAE type filters. These filters have a collection efficiency of 90 to 95 percent of particulate from 0.5 - 1.0 microns. These filters are 23-3/8" x 23-3/8" x 12". The third stage filters are high efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA) and are 24" x 24" x 11-1/2". The filters are individually tested and serialized for compliance with the specifications of Underwriters Laboratory Classification 586. These filters are rated at 99.97 percent efficiency on particulate 0.3 micron in size. The 20HP motor (see picture 9) is direct drive to the impeller, located within the scroll, creating a vacuum. The motor and impeller are auto-lubricated via attached canisters for low maintenance. The motor and fan are located in the AHU housing. Please contact us with any questions. HepaSystems.com
