Part number is C133-714A-48P Simatic. Module I belive they are MS 800 Eprom For Siemens System 8 CNC. Note on the items are these numbers MS820 & GE 548143.0001.00 & the other is MS 800 1 & GE 548149.001.00 I believe the picture shows all. Removed from a working system.
