The use of Sierra Range's SRHP-6-36 hotplate will help accomplish both. With all stainless steel construction, this unit has six burners at a maximum of 30,000 BTUs each. It also features a heavy gauge welded front frame and a pilot shield that protects from grease and other spills. Heavy duty cast iron top grates can be easily removed and cleaned, and a removable crumb tray makes for easy and fast cleaning. A full-width stainless steel bottom tray removable for easy cleaning, and a full landing edge is featured for better plate stability. All stainless steel construction.
