This is a SIGNODE Manual Crimping Strapping Tool.  I don't know what model it is but it takes No. 34 AMP Strapping Seals which are 1-1/8" long.  This item has been used and is damaged.  As you can see in a couple of the photos there is a crack.  I'm not sure whether this tool may be repairable so I'm listing it as for parts.  Send us an email if you have any questions.
