Sikama Falcon 5x5 (Five) Multi-Purpose SMT/Hybrid Reflow Soldering/Curing System Comes with what you see in the pictures. If you don't see it, you probably wont get it. Specifications are from Sikama and may vary slightly due to upgrades, options, or revisions this unit may or may not have. The unit was tested to full temperature at each zone which is 480°C and the sweeper bars were sweeping. This particular conveyor moves Left-to-Right. It is guaranteed to work. The system is ideally suited for all SMT and hybrid reflow soldering applications. Double-sided boards may be processed with fixtures. When used as an epoxy cure system, the Sikama 5x5 achieves rapid cure times with excellent adhesion and low volume resitivity in conductor materials. The Falcon 5x5 comes fully equipeed and ready to operate with 208/230 V, 50/60 Hz power. Single or three phase is available (this unit is 3-phase). Process flow may be left-to-right or right-toleft (this unit is left-to-right). The system may be specified with three, four or five individually controlled heating zones (this unit is 5-zones), each with digital display and always maintaining better than ±2°C of set temperature. Microprocessor control provides an over/under temperature alarm, process obstruction alarm and available RS232C serial port (I don't see any connections for a computer so this may be a stand-alone unit or can be upgraded). Heating/curing temperatures to 420°C are standard, (higher temperature capabilities may be specified from the factory - I tested this unit to 480°C). Process is always visible and acessible. Falcon Systems accept a wide range of substrate materials including ceramic, glass/epoxy, paper-based phenolic, flex circuits, "green tape", silicon, porcelainized metals, etc. The system's microprocessor controller and an optioanl computer software program (not included) provide process profile storage, retrieval and hard copy prinout of status and time.
