I am selling a 5820XL as well as other devices and accessories. Everything you see in the first photo comes with the panel even the extension cord. I will not be shipping this with batteries or a battery connector to connect two batteries together since it did not come with one but the panel does have the battery cables connected to the board. I tested the 5820XL and everything works on the panel and it is in fully working condition. The beam detectors also work and all the addressable devices and horn strobes work but one horn strobe is broken and the strobe portion is cracked. This panel as well as the beam detectors and SD devices were pulled of a building in working condition and in working order. As for the cellular communicator I have no way of testing to see if it works but it does power up. The 5820XL also has SD protocol as well as SK protocol.
