The TIG current range is 15-200, MMA current range is 15-200, and the cut current range is 20-50. The no-load voltage is 62V while the cut thickness is 1-16mm using HF vibrate for arc leading. The package comes with various accessories including a plasma cutter inverter unit, SG-55 high-performance cutting torch, TIG torch, ground clamp, arc holder, air filter, hose, and owner's manual. It also comes with a one-year warranty. The arc/MMA welder has a 3/16" weld thickness and is foot pedal ready. The equipment is CE, CCC, CSA and ISO-9001 certified to guarantee quality performance and safety during use. The machine is equipped with a large cooling fan and is thermostatically protected for prolonged lifespan. Its advanced inverter technology ensures high performance in cutting and welding. The plasma cutter is rated at 3/4" with 1" severance cuts while the TIG welder has a 5/16" weld thickness and a high frequency non-contact start. The SIMADRE UNT 2014 CT520D requires a 60-70 psi air supply and a 110v or 220v power plug for plasma cutting and argon tank for TIG welding. In terms of specifications, the equipment has an input voltage of AC 110/220±15% 50/60Hz, input power capacitance of 7.1 kva, and a no-load loss of 40 W. It has a duty cycle of 60%, power factor of 0.93, and efficiency of 85%. Its insulation class is B and its protection class is IP21. The SIMADRE UNT 2014 CT520D is an advanced welding and cutting equipment boasting of digital current display and automatic sensing of incoming power source voltage and frequency. It has a 200 Amp TIG/ARC/MMA welder and a 50 Amp plasma cutter with foot pedal current control. The unit size is 20” L x 10” W x 15” H and has a weight of 34 lbs. Shipping weight is 45 lbs.
