These disposable cassettes hold biopsy specimens efficiently during the embedding process and in storage. Molded from acetal polymer, they keep specimens submerged in liquid and are resistant to the chemical action of histological solvents. The 1 m square openings will safely protect biopsies. The one-piece integral lids snap apart and lock easily into the base of the cassettes. The anterior writing area is angled at 45° for suitability with certain types of cassette labeling instruments.  These disposable cassettes hold biopsy specimens efficiently during the embedding process and in storage.
