Meter looks to be in good shape, normal wear for it's age, no damage, broken knobs, missing parts etc. Leads look good. Case is torn on two corners.  Took the back off and the batteries had corroded some. Put new batteries in and noticed that a clip in the corner that holds the AA batteries has come loose. Little piece of plastic broke. I have the piece and guess it could be glued back in. The other end that holds the battery has part of the spring clip broken off. You may be able to put a drop of solder there and it work okay. Selling as is without batteries. Takes one C cell and four AA's.  Free shipping!
